This week we were visited by the Leslie Science & Nature Center. We learned all about the food chain and had a chance to meet all kinds of live creatures.
The class had a great time making posters for our Coffee & Cocoa fundraiser. They showed great teamwork and so much enthusiasm.
This week we continued practice with our doubles facts with a fun new Math game.
Our Life Cycles study continued with a lesson on how to tell the age of a tree. Children practiced with real tree stumps and we tied it all up with a lovely story about the life of a tree called "Once There was a Tree."
