I think that's a great idea to promote healthy eating Heather; Kids usually love to eat fruits n veggies but if they see other kids bringing chips etc then they tend to drift ! Having everyone eat healthy is bound to reap benefits !
ReplyDeleteThank you so much, Rashmi! I appreciate the positive feedback!
DeleteI love that you are helping us promote healthy snacks for our kids and also the sharing of experiences for birthdays instead of treats. We have banned processed sugar from our diet for a few years not and it has proven a great decision. We are all in! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Andreea! I'm impressed to hear you've eliminated processed sugar, and how wonderful that you are feeling the benefits.
